Head of committee

 

- Organize the spring and fall chore;

- Prepare the schedules for external maintenance;

- Provide and explain the schedules to the members individually;

- Buy the necessary material for the external maintenance;

- Supervise the work being done;

- Complete the members participation sheet;

- Prepare the agenda, preside and lead the meetings;

- Take notes during the meetings, prepare the minutes and include relevant annexes;

- Ensure a fair sharing of the tasks and responsibilities taking into consideration their interest and competencies;

- Request a meeting when necessary.

 

Committee members

- Take care of the grounds maintenance;

- Pick-up outside garbages;

- Cut the grass;

- Water the trees and flowers;

 - Pass the broom on the sidewalk;

- Take care of snow removal;

- Remove the snow from the adapted appartments balconies;

- Take care of the parking area;

- Empty the outside garbages;

- Empty the outside hashtrays;

- Take care of the reclycling (if necessary);

- Take care of the compost (if necessary)
